What Do You Need to Know?

Are all coaching sessions sold individually or can I book a few at a time to get a discounted rate?
Sessions can be purchased at a discounted rate when purchasing 4 or more. we're happy to look at further discounts if we know that your goals will require more than 5 sessions. For example, sometimes health coaching can take months if you are trying to lose weight and Ann is likely helping you create healthy habits, connecting you to dietetic resources and helping you to maintain your positive changes.
Why is career coaching so much more expensive than health coaching?
Career coaching is extensive. In these sessions, we may be helping you to create your elevator speech, develop those key questions for the employers based on your needs, connecting you to resources for job skill improvement and/or teaching you the best way to interview to sharpen those skills. Dependent upon your field of study, there is pre-work involved to connect you to the right resources and get you on the right path. Additionally, we will meet with you more than once (followup included in the price) as we finalize all deta.ils
What is coaching about anyway? Really?
Ann is trained and certified through both the University of Houston and the American Council on Exercise. A coach is most effective when we use specific strategies and techniques that clients may need to help them make healthy, sustainable life changes. So, whether that change is getting prepared for a career, changing careers or getting to a place of better health; we will listen to your needs and help you figure out how to take action that's truly tailored to you.
Can I book a session just to see if this is for me?
We offer a free consultation in our bookings menu to ensure that we are the right fit for each other. Book now and let's discuss how we can help you achieve your goals.
With the resume that is created or edited, do you offer refunds if I am not satisfied with the final copy?
We collect a deposit equal to half the cost of your selected resume to get started. You pay the final cost when it is complete. If at the time of completion, you are not satisfied, your final fee will not be collected. Your deposit however, will not be returned. When we create a resume, it takes time and effort to look into industry language, craft language for your personal experiences and add key phrases for a successful ATS friendly resume.
Do you offer cover letter services?
We offer cover letters with the resume service 'by request only' at $25. You will receive an editable cover letter.
